At VARO, we aim to make delivery simple, reliable, and seamless.

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through our website and is operated by Aarohan Brands & Merchandising Solutions Private Limited.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

During launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing timelines may be slightly extended.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).


Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Non-Metro / Tier 2 & Tier 3 Locations: 5–9 business days
  • Remote / Special Serviceable Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner operations
  • Delivery location accessibility
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or unforeseen operational delays

While we work with trusted logistics partners, VARO cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
From time to time, VARO may offer free shipping promotions at its sole discretion.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation containing shipment details and a tracking link.

If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing period, please contact our support team.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery remains unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to origin (RTO).

VARO reserves the right to limit future Cash on Delivery (COD) access for repeated orders that are not accepted or are fraudulent.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

VARO shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.


International Shipping

At present, VARO ships within India only.

If international shipping becomes available, applicable countries, timelines, duties, and charges will be communicated separately.


Damaged, Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if you experience unusual delivery delays, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request supporting information such as photographs, packaging images, or order details to investigate the issue.
