Returns & Exchanges

Here’s how it works:
- Returns & exchanges can be initiated easily through our support team or return portal.
- You’ll receive timely updates from us at every step of the process.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed and with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Please retain your invoice/order confirmation for smooth processing.
- Wherever possible, we encourage the use of original VARO packaging for returns.
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Accessories, socks, innerwear, and select hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your exchange or refund will be processed promptly.
Refunds
Fast, transparent, and straightforward.
Our refund guidelines:
- Once your returned item reaches us and passes quality checks, we’ll notify you immediately.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically initiated within 24–48 hours of approval.
- Depending on your bank/payment provider, the credited amount may reflect within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll share a secure link to collect your preferred bank/UPI details for a faster refund process.
